Emergency Appointments

The practice has time set aside every day for emergency appointments, generally between 12:15 and 1pm. Please call the practice as early as possible from 9am and we will make every effort to offer you an appointment the same day.

Out of Hours Care

Outwith the normal practice hours, emergency care is covered and provided by NHS 24. This can be accessed by calling NHS 24 on: 111

Access and Facilities

The practice does not have any off street parking, however there is a parking bay directly outside the practice for up to 30 minutes free parking and free on street parking across the road with no time limit.

We can accommodate wheelchairs in the practice. Access is either using our portable ramp at the main entrance or using the lane at the side of the practice.

We are currently in the process of reviewing ways in which to improve access for those with disabilities where possible. This can be challenging in an older building and we welcome any suggestions from patients as to how we may be able to help further.

Our toilet facilities have been adapted for accessibility.

Practice Policies

The Practice has a number of policies to ensure that we provide the best possible care for our patients.

All patient information is processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998, and is treated with the strictest confidence.
